Portrait of Marc-Emmanuel Bouchard

Marc-Emmanuel Bouchard

Founder & President · Solution Architect

Marc began his career in industrial leadership, as plant director and then general manager of a business unit. This hands-on experience gave him broad expertise in operations, management control and business development, and a clear view of what a transformation must deliver on the shop floor and in the P&L.

For nearly fifteen years he has led complex, multi-country digital transformation programs in defence, aerospace, agrochemicals and pharma. He brings deep expertise in functional architecture, technical architecture, integration and cybersecurity, and works where regulation meets IT: export control (ITAR/CUI), cybersecurity compliance and pharmaceutical validation.

He advises executive committees and CIOs on enterprise architecture, helps them turn technology debt into an asset, and holds integrators accountable for first-class integration.

Portrait of Germain Gillerot

Germain Gillerot

Partner · Functional Solution Architect

Germain started in the business, not in IT. As demand planner for a fruit trading company with tight logistics constraints, he led the team that brought its business processes into an SAP S/4HANA project over four years. He then improved a fruit-dedicated ERP for a specialist software company, before returning to SAP in industry: first pharma, then aerospace and defence.

Today he is the global solution architect for the ERP, PLM and MES landscape of a major aerospace manufacturer, where SAP S/4HANA works hand in hand with Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE and APRISO, alongside the legacy QMS and SRM (see the case). He knows both worlds in depth: SAP from production and quality to supply chain, maintenance and finance, and how it connects to engineering and the shop floor.

His largest program spanned two countries, four integrators and more than 500 users. He has worked in Spain, Germany, France, Belgium, the US and India, in French, English and Spanish, and professionally in German and Dutch. For the client this means one architect who sees the whole landscape, sets the rules every integrator follows and keeps the chain coherent from discovery to go-live.

Portrait of Christoph Waltert

Christoph Waltert

Partner · Program Director

Christoph started in controlling with a major multi-partner loyalty program for airline, rail and retail partners. He priced bids and contract extensions worth around €100M and worked on programs in Germany, France, England, Poland, Italy and the US. He then launched the program in Mexico from scratch: as authorised signatory of the local subsidiary, he led the complete omnichannel platform, from on-site booths to web and app, and steered the whole launch as one global project.

He went on to run an 80+ person division from Spain and Germany, with around €200M in revenue, responsible for planning, global sourcing and sales across Europe, and has founded and built several companies of his own. That is why he steers a program like a business: time, quality and budget under control, and the return on investment always in view.

Across 20 years in controlling, general management and programs, he has led transformations in Europe, Latin America, India and the US, including ERP and process harmonisation across seven countries. Most recently he took two Indian plants live on SAP S/4HANA in 11 months, for under €1M. Having lived and worked in six countries, he connects the board, the plant and the integrators, in German, English, Spanish and French.

Learned the hard way

What failed programs taught us.

Decades of programs include the ones that went wrong. These lessons are now part of how every Ardipro program runs.

One owner for every interface

What happenedIn an ERP–PLM project each integrator owned only its end of the interface. Nobody owned the whole flow, and the gap surfaced late in testing.

What we do nowOne party is contracted as end-to-end owner, and every vendor delivers the data needed to test across systems.

Architecture before wishes

What happenedIn a multi-country program, business requests overrode the solution architecture and the design became over-engineered.

What we do nowEvery request goes through a design authority that weighs it against the architecture, and has the mandate to say no when it would over-engineer the solution.

Key users early, or not at all

What happenedToo few key users, joining late, with high turnover on the business side, slowed a program down.

What we do nowWe plan key-user effort up front and agree it with the client before kick-off.

Who we are

A group of partners who go on site.

Ardipro stands for Architecture & Digital Transformation Programs. Marc-Emmanuel Bouchard founded the firm in Lyon in 2019 as MEB Transformation; it became Ardipro at the end of 2025.

We come from operations, finance and general management. We work where the plant is, in a world that defaults to remote, and we use AI to move faster.

  • FairnessClear terms, honest estimates, no surprises on the invoice.
  • TrustWe say what matters for the program, early and plainly.
  • Commitment to valueYou should be satisfied with what you bought.

Confidence at the top.
Control on the ground.
