No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or social media trackers. Fonts are served from our own server, so no data goes to third-party font services.

If we add visitor statistics, we will use a cookieless, self-hosted tool that does not identify individual visitors, in line with the CNIL guidance on audience measurement, and update this page first.

Server logs

Like any website, our hosting provider records technical data when you visit (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). This data is used only to run and secure the website and is deleted after a short period.

When you write to us

If you contact us through the contact form or by e-mail, we use your name, company, role, e-mail address and message only to answer you and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and taking steps before a contract (GDPR, article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep this correspondence for up to three years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.

We do not sell or share your data. It is processed by the partners of ARDIPRO SAS and by our e-mail and hosting providers. Messages sent through the form are delivered to our mailbox by e-mail and are not stored in a database on this website.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. Write to hello@ardipro.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
